Hi, I'm Amy...
I’m an integrative psychologist, coach, consultant, and researcher. My work sits at the intersection of psychology, leadership, systems thinking, and human development.
I believe individuals and organisations can achieve far more when supported with clarity, insight, and practical tools that help to reduce complexity and unnecessary suffering.
This perspective is shaped by formal qualifications in psychology, organisational psychology, coaching, communications, and film, alongside over 20 years of professional experience across diverse roles, industries, teams, and countries - experiences that have been rich in challenge and uncertainty.
It is further informed by living as a third-culture individual, navigating life with ADHD, and caring for family members with complex disability and illness.
These experiences have cultivated a life and career guided by curiosity, compassion, and continuous challenge. They have enabled me to explore and understand why people do what they do, what holds them back, and how they can amplify what works, change what doesn’t, and grow- even when growth feels impossible.
