Amy Easton is a registered psychologist, organisational psychology registrar, consultant, researcher and speaker whose work sits at the intersection of adult development, psychology, leadership and organisational development.
She believes people and organisations are capable of far more when they have the clarity, insight and practical tools to navigate complexity, reduce unnecessary suffering, and create meaningful, sustainable change. Her approach is evidence-informed, systems-aware and integrative, drawing on psychology, coaching and adult development to understand the unique context, strengths and challenges each person or organisation brings.
Across more than 20 years, Amy has worked across consulting, leadership and organisational development roles with organisations, teams and individuals in a range of industries and countries. Whether supporting an individual navigating a significant life transition, developing leaders, or partnering with organisations to strengthen capability and culture, she is known for taking the time to understand the broader system rather than focusing only on the presenting problem.
Amy's perspective is informed not only by professional practice but also by lived experience. Growing up as a third-culture individual, navigating life with ADHD, and supporting family members through complex disability and illness have given her a deep appreciation for the realities people carry with them and the systems that shape their lives. These experiences continue to influence her work with curiosity, compassion and a commitment to helping people move forward, even in the face of uncertainty and challenge.
She is recognised for an approach that is thoughtful, perceptive and practical. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, Amy works collaboratively to help individuals and organisations better understand themselves, navigate complexity with confidence, and create meaningful personal, professional and organisational development.
