Amy Easton: Catalyst for Conscious Leadership, Intentional Living & Mindset Mastery

Amy is driven by a simple belief: people and organisations are capable of far more when they are given the wisdom, clarity and tools to grow within the realities and constraints they are operating in. Applying an integral approach, her practice sits at the intersection of psychology, systems thinking, performance and human potential.

Her work has been shaped by a life of continuous change, creative career choices, compassion, and a deep curiosity about why people do what they do. In a world full of people talking about what to do, Amy partners with individuals and organisations on the how, how to change what’s not working, amplify what is, and continue growing along the way.

Across her career as a consultant, coach, researcher and facilitator, Amy has worked globally with diverse industries, teams and communities. As a third-culture individual with lived experience of ADHD, and as a carer for a brother with cerebral palsy and a sister with brain cancer, Amy brings both professional rigour and lived understanding to her work. These experiences have deeply shaped her perspective and fuelled an enduring desire to reduce unnecessary suffering and complexity, enabling functional resilience and performance, even in the most trying of times.

Amy has formally studied psychology, communications and film, and currently works as a coaching psychologist, organisational psychology registrar and researcher, exploring the dynamics of people, performance and systems. She is known for an approach that is perceptive, pragmatic, evidence-informed and always human. She takes the time to understand the full context, including aspirations, constraints, stories, data and dynamics, so that solutions are relevant, meaningful and genuinely usable.

Ultimately, Amy’s mission is to empower people and organisations to realise their potential, simplify complexity, and experience purpose and sustainable success, no matter how challenging the circumstances.
