Frequently Asked Questions

I use an evidence-informed approach to guide my work. This means I integrate the best available research evidence with my professional expertise and experience, while also considering each client's unique preferences, values, and context.

While evidence-based practice typically emphasises standardised interventions that have been rigorously tested through clinical trials, this model may not always account for the complexity of real-world individuals, situations or cultural nuances. An evidence-informed approach offers greater flexibility, allowing for the use of emerging research, theoretical knowledge, and client-centered practices where robust evidence may not yet exist.

This approach supports more tailored and responsive care, especially in areas where evidence is still evolving or where individual and group needs require adaptation beyond rigid protocols.

My goal is to ensure that interventions are not only grounded in science but also practical, compassionate, and relevant to the individual, team and/or organisations needs.

Program evaluation is a systematic process used to assess the effectiveness, impact, and value of organisational, leadership, and people development initiatives.

It involves collecting and analysing data to understand what’s working, what can be improved, and how well the program is supporting desired outcomes—such as behaviour change, capability uplift, engagement, or cultural shifts.

Evaluation helps organisations make informed decisions, demonstrate return on investment, and continuously enhance their development efforts.

Life crafting is a guided process that helps individuals intentionally design a life aligned with their values, strengths, goals, and sense of purpose. It involves structured reflection, goal setting, and action planning across key life domains—such as career, relationships, wellbeing, and personal growth.

Life crafting empowers people to make meaningful choices and navigate life transitions with clarity, confidence, and direction.
